All is well

Yes I know it's been a while, but things have been busy for me.
I just return from a week in West Palm Beach, Fl., which was nice but I was away from Doug and Bingo who I missed so much and they missed me also. We had daily conversions but it was the same as waking up next too each to each other. I had a conference there for Crime Solvers. Then when I returned we went to his place in Ocean City for 4 days. It was nice and we made up for lost time. This is the first time we have been away from each other that long in the 7 months that we have been seeing each other. We both agreed that, that can't happen again.
So back to work and back to my home life...GREAT GREAT GREAT

Update on Bingo

Bingo is doing well. What a ruff road that poor puppy had to go though 2 weeks ago. But with the Lords help, great doctors, prayers, and the love and care Doug and I gave him he is on the road to full recovery.
Friday Bingo March turned 3 months old.

Last night when I got home or over to Doug's I told him that I really like the name he gave him orginally. Linus is not for him, so HIS NAME IS BINGO...
Wow he was so happy to see me, Doug said he when he got home today Bingo was as excited to see him as he was for me. Boy he knows his mommie. He laid in bed with us and played for hours, Bingo loves chewing fingers, nose, ears. He is so much fun.
This dog has got our heart!

We have a new addition to our family

Saturday morning Doug and I became parents of the best, cutiness, puppy. I gave Doug a early Valentine's Day present. We picked him up saturday morning a 7 weeks old have beagal and something else, we are not sure what else he is mixed with. Doug is in love, his first night home he did every well. He started out on the floor in our bedroom and in the middle of the night he started crying so Doug put him in bed with us. Then later that night he fell off the bed, so i made a bed for him next to my side of the bed and he slept great. Yesterday Doug suggested that we take him to the park and boy was that a great idea. He got lunch and eat it in the park while Linus played around in the park.
Back track------------- Doug's good friends Jimmie and Shelly fell in love with Bingo/Linus saturday night so they wanted one for so i call the couple that had the puppies and off we went to pick up Bingo's sister, which jimmie named Lucy. Anyway yesterday Super Bowl Sunday we went to Shellly and Jimmie for the party and later that day Shelly and I went to made a beer run and Jimmy and Doug decided that Linus would be a great name because of his sister's name.
So now he is Linus, I guess I have to live with it.

Yes things are going very well for the last month I have been spending the night at Doug's house every night but 3 nights. Still not sure what we are doing but what ever it is I don't want it to stop. Please Lord please don't let me wake up from this dream!! Thanks God...

Wow,,, I am truly feeling the love from my friends the last couple of days, with the phone calls, IM's, emails, e-cards, hugs and prayers. I THANK YOU ALL. I LOVE YOU ALL.....

Special thanks to outstanding boyfriend. He hasn't left my side. It is very nice to go to sleep at night with his kisses and loving arms around me and to wake up in his arms in the morning. I think my apartment is mad at me because I haven't been there but a few hours in the last 6 days. Just enough time to do laundry, change cloths and check my mail. I love you Doug you are a great guy!!!!

Please keep my family in your prayers

On Wednesday, January 9, 2007 the Lord needed two more beautiful flowers in his garden and he chose Lillie (Lil) and Barbara (Bobby), my two cousins. As they we riding down Rt202 in Largo, Md. a speeding car took there lives. This car was driven by a young Mount Rainer Police Officer. This officer is a officer I know and trained in the police academy. I am in Law Enforcement with the Prince George's County Police Department and have been in Law Enforcement for 25 years.
Bobby and Lil were not only best friends but the were related Lil (78yrs old) was Bobby's (69yrs.old) aunt, they did everything together church, shopping,they even had doctors appointments together.
The last couple of days really don't feel real. Wednesday from the crying screaming phone call from my mom. Life hasn't been the same.
Lil will be laid to rest on Thursday and bobby on Friday of this week.

Quick up-date

I am sure you all are sick of hearing about my love life and yes there are other things going on in my life.
Yes football- Redskins lost last night but there is no need to walk around with our heads down. We fought a good fight and this has been a trying season with injuries and the death of Sean Taylor. As most of you know I work for the Skins, but it is much more for me then working for them I am a fan. Hail to the Redskins!!!!!!!!!!!! I stand on the side line in the worst weather every game at FedEx Field only because of my love for the team and what these young men do. I see the blood, sweat and tears of these players and have seen it for 14 seasons. You go boys!!! DO WHAT U DO!
Home for the Holiday
My niece went back to school this morning. She attends Texas Southern in Huston. Number 4 black college. I am so proud of her, this is her 1st year and she loves it and doing well. I do miss her, we had a great time when she was home. Of course we all spent time with her as a family but on Friday her and I had a girl time at the salon (before she went away to college, we use to have our girl time getting our nails, feet and waxing together).
